Customize Appearance

Go to the "Customize Your Chatbot" option in the appearance settings. Here, you can update:

A chatbot on this platform serves as an interactive assistant for users visiting your website. To create one:

  • Company Title, Chatbox Title, and Chatbox Input Placeholder Text Customization.

  • Customize Your Chatbot Widget: Adjust Chatbot Background Bubble color, Chatbot Logo Color, Message Bubble color, and text color.

  • Upload Logos: Upload your company logo and Bot avatar logo.

  • Message Customization: Customize user background message color and text color.

  • Heading Customization: Customize chat heading background color and text color.
