The file upload feature enables you to upload a file to enhance your chatbot's training. By providing additional information from the uploaded file, this process increases the chatbot's knowledge and capabilities. You can choose and upload a relevant file containing specific information tailored to your needs, which the system will use to train the chatbot, thereby improving its responses and interactions based on the file's content.

To upload a file on our platform, follow these steps:

• Open: https://app.todvob.com/dashboard/files/upload (opens in a new tab)
• Upload a file.

Please be aware that only files with the following valid extensions can be uploaded to the system: 'c', 'cpp', 'csv', 'docx', 'html', 'java', 'json', 'md', 'pdf', 'php', 'pptx', 'py', 'rb', 'tex', 'txt', 'css', 'jpeg', 'jpg', 'js', 'gif', 'png', 'tar', 'ts', 'xml', and 'zip'. Uploading files with unsupported extensions will be denied.
